International Open Classes - Buenos Aires 2011
Last weekend was held the International Open Classes in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Was a great success with many students and masters from all around the world. The meeting started a few days before with special classes for black belts and seminars, finishing sunday afternoon with a huge Martial Arts class followed of the Belt Ceremony with new degrees and Gold Lines....here a few photos from the event....and hopefully next year we have some representatives from the UK !!!!!

Archery as a Discipline
This weekend was launched the 9th Discipline of our school: "Archery". After the tremendous success of the Archery course the last few years, now anyone will be able to practice on a regular basis as any other discipline. Will be used the same belt system that we all know and for this time only will be considered everyone that had previous taken this course to validate his belt.

Sportivate update
Just a quick Sportivate update.
Sportivate Ticketshare
London 2012 Ticketshare is an opportunity that has been recently confirmed by Sport England as a development of the Sportivate programme. This will create an opportunity for projects to offer an added incentive to the participants involved. A national ballot will be drawn in May 2012 where over 2000 free tickets are available to young people and adults involved in Sportivate for the London 2012 Games. Below highlights the eligibility criteria for the participants to be placed in the ballot.
SPORTIVATE Eligibility Criteria
· Tickets are for Sportivate participants only (plus 1 accompanying person who does not have to have completed Sportivate)
· Participants must have completed at least 5 of the 6 week sessions
· Participants must still be participating in sport 3 months after completing the 6 week coaching sessions – we are defining this criterion as met if they ‘complete’ the 3 month online survey.
· Participants must have met the criteria to be eligible by May 2012
